It&#8217;s exceedingly easy and uses raisins to enhance the sweetness behind the scenes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> <br \/><em>Makes around 2 cups<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>1 1\/2 lbs frozen berries or stone fruit (pitted)<\/li>\r\n<li>Small handful raisins (2-3 Tbsp)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Put the frozen fruit in a small sauce pan over medium heat. While the fruit is thawing, mince the raisins. Add the raisins to the fruit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>When the fruit has softened and has liquid around it, bring to mixture to a <a href=\"https:\/\/pragmaticcooking.com\/index.php\/2021\/08\/22\/glossary\/#simmer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">simmer<\/a>.
